How the booking process works…
Dream it.
Once you fill out the consultation form Shelby will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up a consult. Every day of the week sans Sunday is fair game! Remember to bring a link to your Pinterest board, color palette ideas, and inspiration photos! We’ll work together to decide what flowers best fit your needs.
Proposal & Quote.
A personalized proposal (including reference photos and/or vision boards) will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after consultation. Adjustments can be made if necessary! Proposals must be accepted within 7 days of receipt to secure your date.
Sign the papers.
If all looks good a contract will be sent your way! Once signed a 20% deposit is required to move forward with your flowers. Please note we cannot hold dates without a signed contract & 20% deposit. We accept: Cash, Check, and Venmo payments.
Delivery, Set up & Breakdown.
Delivery fee based on distance from 19128. Set up, clean up, and removal fee $50 per hour.
Let’s talk pricing…
Sankofa Weddings generally run between $1,500-$3,000 with a 20% deposit to seal the deal. Your deposit is fully refundable until two weeks prior to your event. After this point, the flowers have already been purchased and a refund cannot be given. Below is a general rule of thumb for wedding pricing (in relation to the size of your event) and what might be included. Flowers are an investment, we’ll do the best we can to figure out making the flowers work for your budget so you can focus on your special day. A 20% deposit is required when the contract is signed, the remaining balance must be paid the week of the event (or before).
Small ($1,500-$3,000)
-Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets
-Boutonnière
-Corsages
-Ceremony flowers or small reception arrangements/centerpieces
Medium ($3,500-$5,000)
-Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets
-Boutonnière
-Corsages
-Ceremony flowers (i.e. seating and aisle flowers, arch arrangements etc.)
-Medium reception arrangements/centerpieces
-Sweetheart table
Large ($5,000 +)
-Bridal and bridesmaid bouquets
-Boutonnière
-Corsages
-Ceremony flowers (i.e. seating and aisle flowers, arch arrangements etc.)
-Large/Tall reception arrangements/centerpieces
-Sweetheart table
-Hanging installations
